week 13

How is the course going for you so far?
I have learned so much about music and how I should incorporate music into my classroom. The class set up is great, allows for flexibility which is perfect with my very hectic life and schedule.
2. What are some ways in which you can incorporate music into other subject areas?
After watching the lessons in class I feel like music can be best incorporated into the reading and mathematics. Using the measures and rhythm of the songs could be used for a math activity, you could also have the students create their own song and use that for a writing reading component.
3. How has the technology (blog, WVSU online) impacted your learning? Negatively? Positively?
The blog has been very nice and great to follow. The only issue with my class experience are at times with the videos sometimes they can be a little hard to hear during some of the lessons. Overall the class and the way it is taught and the tools used are wonderful.
